The normal step I am use to add the e-mail addresses of the people I am sending an email to, then I type the message, i then either send or save.
The way the screen is presented, the predominant information is the list of e-mails (not identified as sent or saved as draft). It seem to me to make sense to have the list of e-mail recepient just below the "Create Message" (make this a button). to the right of the TO list should be the message body. to the right of that should be three buttons - SEND - SAVE AS DRAFT - DELETE (ask to confirm to delete e-mail)
below all this should be the list of "SAVED MESSAGES - NOT SENT"
below all this should be the list of "SENT MESSAGES"
Any thoughts
I just cant make sense why e-mails are not going through. when I create an e-mail and send it, the recepients name are highlighted in green. when I come back, the recepients name is no longer is the list (the corresponding message number is still there but the correstpoding TO list is missing). message is not received.
When an e-mail is waiting to be sent and you press the "refresh page" symbol in SB, a new reminder e-mail is created to the last queued e-mail addresses... this should not happen.
for non techie admin, the e-mail screen is not intuitive (confusing)... could you help make this e-mail interface better... for example,. the message list does not distinguish which messages are sent vs. saved. the TO does sort the same as the message... better to rearrange so the TO is below each corresponding message.
Recently, when sending e-mail through SB, the FROM shows that the e-mails are from crookedb... e-mail. it would be more useful to users (let likely it will be tagged as spam) if the e-mail FROM shows the admin 'FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME AT CHURCH NAME' with the reply to being the person's e-mail address that sent the e-mail...
none of the reminder e-mails i sent since Thursday were not received by the recepient.
I need some kind of indication on the sent e-mails who the e-mail was/were sent too. Also, I cannot distinguish between sent and saved e-mails.
