Add group to a role

For instance, the sound team role is a group of people, but only individual people show up in the drop down menu. I could create more roles (i.e., Sound 1, Sound, 2, Sound 3, etc.), it would be simpler to just have one role and fill it with one group. Thanks.

So you mean when you're filling in who is in a role, you could select groups?

I'm not sure how this would work.

Currently, you can schedule groups, and these people are all assigned automatically.

Can you try to elaborate?
