When will we be able to add multiple hymnals?
My churches use two hymnals and some others use three or more. Response from the site administrator

The reason for this is that hymnal numbers are automatically assigned based on which hymnal is chosen from the hymnal list. Having more than one hymnal would mean the program wouldn't know which hymnal number to choose automatically.
That said, there may be a way to always prefer one hymnal over another, but it seems complex to me.
If you have any suggestions as to how this would actually work in ServiceBuilder, please do make a recommendation in the comments below.

The cue sheet should be customizable.
It would be nice to be able to edit the cue sheet in a format that fits my needs.

Comments in services can't be deleted

increase size of data entry field
I noticed when entering attenders the box seemed small and the text for "first name and last name" was hard to read. I just started using this and so far I am very impressed. Thank you for your hard work.

Upload Praise Charts, Set Keys, Transpose, etc.
It would be great to add CCLI and praise charts so worship leaders could upload and maybe grant access to their bands, and change keys if needed.

Not notify those already scheduled when someone refuses an assignment.
I had a user refuse an assignment this week. The email went out asking for a volunteer, which it should have, but it also went out to users who were already scheduled for the week. Any way to filter those names out?

Allow users (not admins) to note dates they are unavailable - either on the calendar or somehow on their individual profile.
We are a small worship team. Allowing users to let admins know when they are unavailable would help with planning & scheduling. Response from the site administrator

When this happens, the user will not be available in the drop-down-box for the given date.
This should help one remember - you simple cannot schedule someone for a date they will be away.
As always, please try it out and let me know what you think. Additional ideas are welcome.

Different Permission Levels of Users
